Elsie is so talented and sweet! I picked up a birthday cake for my brother and the letters and decorations were so fun and unique! You guys are so lucky to have her on the team with her skills.

Juliana was the best. She welcomed me and my mother with the biggest smile and gave us some amazing recommendations on what to have. My mother got the chocolate dipped strawberry waffle bowl and I got the peanut butter brownie blizzard and it was out of this world. Iwould recommend this dairy queen to anyone who's hasn't been there yet!! HIRE more Juliana's!! 10/10 will return 😊

I ordered a blizzard with extra strawberry, but I didn't get what I paid for. I got the blizzard with no color, which I paid for.. and in top of that one little employee was so so rude, she wanted to resolve the situation by giving me extra strawberry on the side.... How I was supposed enjoy it, by dipping the spoon each and everytime?????? Oh, and the location nasty, duty silty.... THAT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME I GO THERE.

Major props to the staff for their composure dealing with an unreasonable customer. This woman wanted a full refund for her burger because her daughter “didn’t like it.” I saw the burger, and it was made exactly the way it was supposed to be made. She didn’t ask for a new burger, just wanted a refund for a burger that was at least 25% eaten. The staff was very reasonable with her as she tried elevating the situation with her voice. My Blizzard was great too, so I’m happy that this is our new Dairy Queen moving forward. Hopefully we’ll be able to mobile order here in the future!

I ordered a small vanilla dipped in chocolate cone. It was ready quickly and was $2.13 with tax. The location seems a little dated in decor and some hard seats to site in store to enjoy your treats. It has some reach in freezers with cakes, boxes and individual selections of DQ items like Dilly Bars, and ice cream sandwiches. You order on the left side and then MO e to right side to wait for them to make your order. The seasonal offerings of Blizzards like cotton candy, raspberry fudge and frosted animal cookie look exciting and fun. The hand scooped section had some fun flavors too.

Want to make sure it is understood that this rating is only for this Dairy Queen in Haines City. We walked into the store, with our masks on, to get the new Girls Scout Mint Cookie Blizzard. We have been seriously looking forward to having one and we happen to be there for an errand in town. Only one person was sitting at a table waiting for something. Two or three people were working, we weren't sure who was in the back. Neither person said hi, or acknowledged us at all. We were ignored completely waiting to be helped. After between 5-10 minutes of standing there we just left and never got our Blizzards. If they would have at least said, "Hi, we'll be with you in a moment" we would have waited. Guess I'll have to wait for this Blizzard until I go to the Lakeland DQ. BEST ever service there.

horrible service. Horrible attitude from all servers. I ordered a New York cheesecake blizzard and the woman told me there was no more strawberry so I asked for something else which was revolting and made with no care. Was made with more syrup than ice cream not going back. Smelt like deep fat fried bleach and the table had pubic hair on
